Why I Decided To Take Part in Injection Molding Training

I currently work in an injection molding plant. It is a decent job, but honestly, I want a bit more out of my life. I do not want to be working as part of the production crew forever, I want a less labor-intensive job, and just like most people, I want a higher earning capacity. I talked with my employer about what would be needed to advance in the company and they told me if I was serious about moving up and becoming a supervisor or part of management, I should take part in injection molding training programs. That would give me the knowledge I would need to advance.
